Stop smoking weed if you really want a job!
I often get calls from employers asking me to gather some potential employees for them. In the past, we've met with good success in such partnerships. Recently, however, I sent some people to a potential employer. I told them that the job could offer an excellent career with great benefits, etc. A while later, I got a call from the employer--the people had failed a drug test! Listen poor folk out there, and others as well: Stop smoking weed! If you want a job, don't do it, and that includes other drugs of choice. Don't complain about not having a job and then show up to a great potential employee and fail a drug test!
